1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Botify Social. "Services" refers to our platform features, tools, and content. "User" or "you" refers to any person or entity using the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into contracts. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Orders, Subscriptions & Payments

Some Services may be offered via subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices and features may change with prior notice. You authorize us or our payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes. Refunds, if any, follow the plan terms displayed at purchase.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: (i) violating laws or third-party rights; (ii) interfering with platform integrity; (iii) distributing malware; (iv) scraping or harvesting data without consent; (v) attempting to bypass security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts in Dar es Salaam, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by contact details you provide. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
